We offer all types of watch repairs. These are carried out by us in Pforzheim / Dillweißenstein. The processing time is currently 3-6 weeks depending on the effort. Please send us your watch and ensure to enclose a note. If you only want visual changes, we offer a complete refurbishment of the watch case, strap and clasp.

Service | Revision and Repair.

A mechanical watch should be serviced every 4–5 years, depending on the wearing habits. Repairs and cosmetic preparations are carried out directly in Pforzheim. The processing time is 3–6 weeks. Service Watch Case | Watch Case, bracelet and clasp .

Your watch accompanies you for a very long time. Of course, it cannot be ruled out that this will get one or the other scratch over the years. Even a watch shows the age... Now, of course, there are customers who want exactly that. Some, however, prefer to have their watch visually beautified from time to time.

We offer a complete reconditioning of your watch case, the bracelet and the clasp. Here, all parts are individually washed and polished, e.g. to remove small scratches. Extremely deep scratches cannot always be completely removed.

All project phases and production steps are done in-house: design, construction, prototyping, production of the parts, surface treatment, laser engraving, as well as assembly and inspection.

Customize your watch.

We are happy to create custom-made watches according to your individual wishes. Of course, if the corresponding parts are in stock. We do not offer a right of return for custom-made products.

You are welcome to provide your watch with a personal engraving. The engravings are executed in Roman standard fonts. Other fonts are available on request. For special fonts, we need the text as a 'dxf', 'eps' or 'ai' file for programming.

Return your watch | Within 14 days.

You can return your watch within 14 days. The watch must be in new condition and should not show any signs of use. After receipt of the watch and verification, we will transfer the full amount to your bank account.
